Price varies based on the property size and location. Onsite time is 20-30 minutes for a single unit property. Lead Inspection- Typically required for pre-1978 rental properties. The base fee of $275 covers most small homes (with non-wood windows) including the interior/exterior inspection, 10 dust samples, lab fees, shipping, and certificate. Additional fees apply for larger or multi-unit properties on when expedited lab processing of lead dust samples is requested. Onsite time is about 30 minutes with lab results in about 5 business days.
