We perform radon testing using electronic monitors following EPA guidelines over a 48-hour period with same-day results.

We perform water sampling and lab analysis with a turnaround time of 2-7 days for a variety of contaminants.

Timeline photosNEW: Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski has announced new legislation to strengthen rental housing registration and inspection processes to improve housing quality in Baltimore County.Currently, only rental housing properties with six or fewer units — including short-term rentals advertised on websites like Airbnb and VRBO — must be registered and licensed with the County.Under the proposed legislation, Baltimore County will create a new self-certified registration process for all rental properties with seven or more units — including large apartment complexes. The property must have fewer than three public health, safety, or welfare violations over the past three years to register.
